S50 Quick Hitch: Mid-Class Excavator Standard
S50 is a transitional standard between S45 (compact) and S60 (universal), fitted to mid-class excavators in the 5 to 12 tonne range. Common carriers include Volvo ECR88D, CAT 308.5, JCB 90Z, Komatsu PC110, and Kubota KX080-class machines pinned to S50 from the factory. Attachment weights run mid-range: 250 to 400 kg buckets, 350 to 500 kg breakers.
