Shipping & delivery
2–7 working days across Europe depending on zone, dispatched from our warehouse in Saltsjö-Boo, Stockholm. Flat-rate freight to Sweden, the EU, Norway and Denmark, free from SEK 7,500 in Sweden and €750 in the EU.

Working-day estimates from dispatch to delivery, based on standard ground freight. Remote regions, islands, and customs handling for non-EU destinations can add 1–2 days.

SHIPPING COST
Free from €750
Sweden, the EU, Norway and Denmark all pay a flat freight rate, shown at checkout before you pay. Orders ship free from SEK 7,500 in Sweden, €750 in the EU, NOK 7,500 to Norway and DKK 7,500 to Denmark. The threshold is measured on the order total including VAT, after any discount.
Wear parts and spare parts ship free in every region. Storefront prices exclude VAT; the cart calculates destination VAT.
CUT-OFF & DISPATCH
Order cut-off & dispatch
Orders placed before 14:00 CET are picked the same business day and dispatched the next business day. Orders that come in after cut-off, on weekends, or on Swedish public holidays are picked the following business day.
TRACKING
Tracking your shipment
Every shipment gets a tracking number, sent by email the moment it leaves the warehouse. Paste the number into the carrier’s site to follow it door-to-door. If a parcel goes quiet for more than 48 hours, email support and we will chase the carrier for you.
BULK & PALLET
Bulk and pallet orders
For 5+ units or full-pallet orders we arrange dedicated freight, usually cheaper per kg than parcel rates. Contact us with the items, destination postcode, and a delivery window and we come back with a written freight quote.

Pre-orders
Items marked Pre-order show an estimated dispatch date on the product page. You pay a 10% deposit at the time of order to reserve your unit, with the balance on dispatch. Shipping starts when stock lands at the warehouse and follows the standard transit times above.
CUSTOMS & VAT
Customs & VAT
Storefront prices exclude VAT. After a delivery address is entered, the cart calculates the applicable destination VAT and shows the total including VAT. Switzerland, Norway, and the UK ship DAP (Delivered At Place); the buyer pays local import VAT and any duties to the carrier on delivery. We provide a commercial invoice with each shipment.
