30-day return window from the day you receive the order. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Defective items are handled separately under warranty.

How to start a return

    Fill the form below (or call us) with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. 02

    Get your RMA

    We email you an RMA number and the return address.

  3. 03

    Ship it back

    Ship the item back in its original packaging with the RMA label clearly visible.

  4. 04

    Refund

    We refund once the item arrives and passes inspection.

Who pays return shipping

BUYER PAYS

Change of mind / wrong size

Buyer pays return shipping. Refund covers the product plus original outbound shipping at the standard rate.

WE PAY

Defective or wrong item shipped

We cover shipping both ways. Send photos and your order number first so we can dispatch a replacement same-day if the item is in stock.

ELIGIBLE

What can be returned

  • Unused items in original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery (postmark counts).
  • Standard catalogue products (not custom or cut-to-spec orders).

NOT ELIGIBLE

What cannot be returned

  • Used or mounted attachments (any sign of fitting or wear).
  • Custom-spec orders (cut widths, special hitches, branded runs).
  • Consumables (teeth, pins, cutting edges) once opened from the sealed pack.
  • Items returned after 30 days.

TRANSIT DAMAGE

Damaged in transit?

Inspect every shipment within 48 hours of delivery. Photograph the pallet, the box, and the damage before unwrapping further. Email us with the photos and your order number. We file the carrier claim and arrange a replacement.
