SECURE PAYMENTS
Pay for the attachment. We never hold the card.
A buyer should not have to wonder where the card number goes. On this website the payment is taken by the payment partner, on the partner’s own secure page. We receive confirmation that the payment has succeeded, and an invoice record. We do not receive, and we do not store, the card number, the security code, or the account credentials.
- Card, PayPal, Klarna, Billie and wallet payments are completed on the partner’s page, not on ours.
- No card number, wallet credential or PayPal login is written to our databases or kept in our systems.
- The invoice and the accounting record are kept in Fortnox. The card details are not.
Our commitment to your security
Ordering an attachment is a decision about the machine and the job. It should not also be a decision about whether the payment is safe. Our commitment is that the sensitive part of the payment never enters our hands.
When you pay by card, PayPal, Klarna, Billie, Apple Pay or Google Pay, the details are entered on a page or a secure field operated by the payment partner. The connection is encrypted. Authentication, where the card issuer or the wallet requires it, is carried out by that partner or the issuer, not by us. What comes back to Attachment Warehouse Europe is the result: paid, pending, or declined, together with a reference we can match to your order.
We do not keep a copy of the card. We do not ask you to send card details by email or by phone. If anyone claiming to be us asks for a card number, a security code or a one-time passcode, that request is not from this company. Call the number at the foot of this page and we will confirm the order ourselves.
An invoice is different, and simpler. A business invoice is a request for payment by bank transfer. There is no card number in it. The invoice is raised in our accounting system, and the payment is reconciled there when it arrives.
Our payment partners
We did not build a payments system. We use partners whose business is the security of the payment, and we rely on that security rather than on anything we could assemble ourselves. The name of the partner is on the checkout before you pay.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express

Card payments are accepted on Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The card number is collected in Stripe’s secure field and is not written to our server. We see the scheme, the last four digits where the receipt needs them, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded. We do not see the full card number, and we cannot retrieve it later, because we never had it.
Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 provider, the highest level of the card industry standard, assessed every year by an independent assessor. The certification covers Stripe’s systems, and those are the systems that hold the card. It is not a certification of this shop, and it does not need to be: the card number never reaches us.
Apple Pay and Google Pay

Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted at checkout on a device that offers them. The wallet authenticates you, with Face ID, Touch ID or the device lock, and passes a token to the payment partner. We never see the card stored in the wallet, and we do not receive the device credential.
PayPal

PayPal takes the payment on its own page, against the account you already hold with PayPal. We are told that the payment is approved, and we receive a reference. We are not given your PayPal login, and we do not store it.
Klarna

Klarna takes the Klarna payment on its own page. Pay now, pay later or invoice through Klarna, where offered, is a contract between you and Klarna. We are told that the order is approved. We are not given the credentials you use with Klarna, and we do not store them.
Billie
Billie is offered to business buyers, as a business payment against invoice terms agreed with Billie. The approval and the payment relationship sit with Billie. We receive confirmation that the order may proceed. We do not hold the account details you use with Billie.
Invoice
Approved business customers can also pay against an invoice issued by us. The invoice states the amount, the due date and the bank details. Payment is by transfer to the account named on the invoice. No card data is involved. The invoice is issued from Fortnox and remains the accounting record of the sale.
These partners are used because the security of the payment is their work, tested at a scale we would not claim for ourselves. The logos are there so you can see who is taking the payment, not as decoration.
We use Fortnox accounting software

Every order that is paid becomes an accounting record. That record is kept in Fortnox, the accounting system used by the company that operates this shop, Macaa Entreprenad AB.
Fortnox holds the invoice, the customer account, the VAT and the payment status. It does not hold card numbers. A card payment is recorded as paid, with the payment reference from the partner. An invoice payment is recorded when the transfer is matched. The bookkeeping is therefore separate from the card data, which stays with the payment partner.
If you need a copy of an invoice, a VAT statement, or a correction to the billing address, it is the Fortnox record we work from. Ask the shipping and accounts desk below and we will send it.
Policies and procedures for refunds and returns
A secure payment is only half of the confidence. You also need to know how the money comes back if the attachment is not right.
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days, by a clear statement, for example by email. That right does not apply to a purchase made in the course of a business. Alongside it, we offer a voluntary 30-day return window from the day you receive the order, for unused catalogue goods in the original packaging, with tags and labels intact.
The refund is made after the goods arrive and pass inspection. It goes back by the same route the payment came: to the card, to PayPal, to Klarna, to Billie, to the wallet, or by transfer against the invoice. We do not move a refund to a different account from the one that paid, unless you ask in writing and we have confirmed it.
- Change of mind, or the wrong size. You pay the return freight. The refund covers the product and the original outbound delivery at the standard rate.
- Defective, or the wrong item sent. We pay the freight both ways. Send photographs and the order number first. If the replacement is in stock, it leaves the next working day.
- Not accepted. An attachment that has been fitted or shows use. A custom or cut-to-spec order. Consumables once the sealed pack is opened. A return after 30 days.
Damage in transit is a claim, not a return. Note it on the carrier’s device before you sign, photograph the packaging and the unit, and email us within five working days with the order number. We file the claim and arrange the replacement. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
Warranty is separate from the return window. A warranty claim is made on the warranty page after the product is registered. The return procedure does not replace it.
The full return terms remain on the returns page. This section is the payment consequence of those terms: the money returns by the path it arrived.
Our compliance and our obligations to you
This shop is operated by Macaa Entreprenad AB, organisation number 559066-5104, Snickarvägen 14, 132 38 Saltsjö-Boo, Stockholm. The company name, the organisation number and the address are on the checkout and on the invoice, so you can see who you are paying.
Our obligations on a payment are these.
- To show the price, the VAT treatment and the delivery term before you pay.
- To take the payment only through the partner named at checkout, or against an invoice we have issued.
- To keep no card data of our own, and to ask for none by email or by telephone.
- To match the payment to the order, and to dispatch in-stock goods the next working day once payment is confirmed.
- To refund an eligible return to the original method of payment, once the goods have been inspected.
- To provide a proper invoice, and a copy of it on request.
VAT is calculated at checkout from the delivery address. Prices on the product page are shown excluding VAT, and can be switched to include it. A delivery to Norway is DAP: import VAT and any duty are paid locally, and are not part of the card payment to us.
We keep the order and the invoice for the period Swedish bookkeeping law requires. We do not keep the card data for any period, because it was never given to us.
A question on a payment or an invoice
If a payment has not confirmed, an invoice does not match the order, or you need the VAT details before the accounts department will release the money, contact us directly. You do not need to open a ticket and wait. Call or email, and the same desk that can see the order will answer.
Phone. +46 73-441 17 94. Monday to Friday, 07:00–19:00. Use this when a payment is holding up dispatch and the machine is waiting.
Email. johanna@attachmentwarehouse.eu. Use this for a copy invoice, a billing-address correction, a refund query, or a payment reference that has not appeared. Include the order number and the amount. We reply with the invoice or the payment status, not an acknowledgement.
Have this to hand: the order number, the amount, and the method, whether card, PayPal, Klarna, Billie, Apple Pay, Google Pay or invoice. That is enough for us to find the payment and tell you where it stands.
