Boomo Book – Equipment planner

Keep your own machines, attachments, evidence and reservations in one planning record. Separate an ownership declaration from a verified mounting or hydraulic fact, and resolve scheduling clashes before allocating an item to a job.

Review date

Evidence, maintenance and the timeline are checked against this date.

Equipment

Start with one machine or attachment

  1. Name it the way you do on site.
  2. Add the exact article or serial number, so a source check can find it.
  3. Book it on a job under step 03.

All-day job reservations

Both dates are included. Sharing an endpoint date is a conflict.

Add equipment first, then book it on a job here.

How it works

  1. 01

Create a machine or attachment record with an identifiable name or article reference. Add dated mounting and hydraulic evidence rather than assuming it from size.

  2. 02

Record the job and reservation interval. Review conflicting reservations before treating the item as available.

  3. 03

Update inspection or source-change notes and use the existing fitment route for unresolved machine details.

Formula

Reservations use inclusive whole dates: a shared end/start date is a conflict. Availability is your planning record, not live inventory.

Evidence status and date remain separate from ownership, job allocation and any conditional product shortlist.

Load labelled example

A reservation from 12 to 14 October and another from 14 to 16 October conflict on 14 October. A second booking starting on 15 October does not overlap the first.
