Two Australian brands, exclusive in Europe. GORE Engineering — premium, Hardox 500, up to 5-year warranty. AWA — high-strength 400-grade wear steel, up to 3-year warranty, strong quality at the right price.
It depends on the product: GORE 5 years on auger drives, 2 years on hydraulic equipment and 12 months on other attachments; AWA 3 years on auger drives, 2 years on hydraulic equipment and 12 months on other attachments; 12 months on augers, buckets, wear parts, tree shears, log splitters and the other tools that mount on the drive. The warranty covers a fault from the build, a flaw in the material, a weld or a structure that lets go, and a hydraulic part run inside the sheet, on pressure, flow and temperature. Ordinary wear is not covered. Register your product after purchase to activate the warranty; the period runs from the registration date.

At checkout you pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Klarna (pay now, pay later or invoice through Klarna, where offered), processed securely by Stripe. Which methods appear depends on country and amount. Larger orders can also be paid by bank transfer against a quote.

Yes. 30-day return on unused products in original packaging. Warranty claims handled separately — contact us with your order number and product details.
Yes. Buying several augers? The cart applies the volume discount automatically: 5% for 2, 10% for 3 and 15% for 4 or more. For larger orders, contact us for a quote. We supply construction businesses and rental companies across Europe.
AWA: standard-duty daily work, solid build at the right price. GORE: severe-duty work — harder steel, longer warranty, tighter tolerances. If your application involves rock, demolition, or extreme wear, go GORE. For general construction and utility, AWA pays off fast.
