We build it. We stand behind it.
You bought this to put on a machine and get on with the job. The warranty should feel the same way: plain, kept, and easy to use if you ever need it.
We trust the way this equipment is made. Enough to give it the longest cover in the trade, and enough to tell you, up front, what we will do if something lets go.
Up to 5 years on a GORE auger drive. 3 years on an AWA auger drive. 2 years on the hydraulic equipment. A solid 12 months on the buckets. Same promise in Stockholm as in Stuttgart.
There is one condition, and we would rather say it here than surprise you later. Run it on the right size of machine, inside the flow and power we publish, in normal work. Do that, and if it breaks, an equivalent unit is with you within 5 working days. The excavator keeps earning. We repair yours and send it back. We will keep that.
Look after it and you should never have to call. In nine years we have seen only a handful of fair claims. Not because we turned people away. The gear holds when it is used the way it was built to be used. Respect the margins, follow the sheet, and drive the unstoppable. It is built to last.
REGISTER
Register it, and you are covered
The cover starts when you register the product in your customer portal, once it has arrived. A minute, when you unbox it. Then it is done.
If the form fights you, call us. We will sit on the phone and walk it through with you, and get the goods under the strongest warranty in the trade. Ten minutes now is better than a gap later.

What is covered, and for how long
The clock starts on the day you register it. We cover a fault from the build, a flaw in the material, a weld or a structure that lets go, and a hydraulic part run inside the sheet, on pressure, flow and temperature.

The five years is the number we will stand next to in the trade. A GORE auger drive carries five times the 12 months still common on a drive like it. We do not make that claim for anything else.
Earlier warranty periods
Your warranty follows the table that applied when you bought. Purchases made before the date stated in our purchase terms keep their earlier periods, shown below.

One number for GORE and AWA. You will not be handed to a dealer and left there.
If something lets go
Call or email. Serial number, two or three photos, a line on what happened, and the order number. We come back within two working days with a yes or a no, and the next step.
If the claim is fair, an equivalent unit is with you within five working days. Your machine stays at work. We fix yours and it goes back on. We pay the freight both ways, in the countries we deliver to. Using the warranty does not cost you a freight bill.
Most of the range bolts on. The cover is the part and the unit, not a fitter’s labour.
What we cannot cover
Better said here than argued later.
- Ordinary wear: teeth, chisels, edges, seals, bushings, bits, hoses, filters, belts. We keep them on the shelf and ship them fast.
- Overload, misuse, an accident, or running outside the sheet.
- A modification or a repair we did not agree.
- Rust from being left out badly.
- Lost days, lost profit, a hired machine standing. Your rights under the law stay as they are.
- A hire fleet gets 12 months from delivery, not the longer cover. A machine you own, even if you hire it out now and then, is not a fleet.
If you sell it on
On GORE, what is left of the cover goes with the attachment, and the original invoice. On AWA, it stays with the first buyer. Either way, register it first.
The law is still there
This is a promise we choose to make, on top of the law. It does not take anything off your statutory rights, in Sweden or in any country we deliver to. Where we give more than the law, you get more. Never less.
Your data in a claim
When you contact us with a claim, we process the personal data you provide (name, contact details, order information, photos, serial numbers) to assess and fulfil our warranty obligations. The legal basis is performance of a contract (Art 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in managing product quality (Art 6(1)(f) GDPR). We retain claim records for the applicable warranty period plus any applicable limitation period. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties except where required to source replacement parts. You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. Full details: attachmentwarehouse.eu/privacy.
Governing law
For business purchases these warranty terms are governed by Swedish law. If you buy as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
