Every attachment we sell carries a real manufacturer warranty with published terms: what is covered, for how long, and exactly what happens when something breaks. No digging through PDFs, no "contact your dealer". The terms below are the terms.
GORE auger drives: 5 years. That is five times the 12-month industry standard on a like-for-like drive. We put the difference in writing because the gearbox and hydraulics are built to carry it.
The "5x industry standard" claim in our advertising refers exclusively to GORE auger drives. No claim of superior duration relative to an industry standard is made for any other product group.

This guarantee applies to all GORE-branded and AWA-branded excavator attachments sold by Macaa Entreprenad AB on attachmentwarehouse.eu, classified by product group as set out in section 2.
2.What is covered, for how long

The period starts on the delivery date and is independent of how you pay. Covered in every period: manufacturing defects, material flaws, weld and structural failure, and hydraulic components operated within the datasheet spec (pressure, flow, temperature).
3.Where it applies
The warranty applies in every EU and EEA country we deliver to. The warranty country is the delivery country on your invoice. Buying from Germany or Italy does not weaken it: same periods, same process, same claim line as a Swedish buyer.
4.What is not covered
Plainly, so there are no surprises at claim time:
- Normal wear on wear parts: teeth, chisels, cutting edges, seals, bushings, drill bits, hoses, filters, belts. These are consumables; we stock them and ship them fast instead.
- Damage from overload, misuse, accident, or operation outside the datasheet spec.
- Modifications or repairs not approved by us.
- Corrosion or damage from unsuitable storage.
- Consequential costs: downtime, lost profit, rental machines. (Statutory rights unaffected, see section 9.)
5.What happens when you claim

Send the serial number, a short description, 2-3 photos, and your order number or invoice.

We respond within two business days with a decision and the next step.
When you contact us with a claim, we process the personal data you provide (name, contact details, order information, photos, serial numbers) to assess and fulfil our warranty obligations. The legal basis is performance of a contract (Art 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in managing product quality (Art 6(1)(f) GDPR). We retain claim records for the applicable warranty period plus any applicable limitation period. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties except where required to source replacement parts. You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. Full details: attachmentwarehouse.eu/privacy.
Resolution is repair, replacement, or credit, whichever genuinely fits the failure and your timeline.
6.Freight and labor
- Approved claim: we ship the replacement part or unit to you at our cost, anywhere in the warranty territory.
- Where we need the failed unit or component back, we arrange and pay the return freight. You never pay to exercise this warranty.
- Attachments are owner-fitted equipment. The warranty covers parts and replacement units, not third-party fitting labor. Most remedies on our range are bolt-on: swap the unit, send the old one back.
7.Registration: activate your cover
Register your attachment on this page to activate its warranty. It takes a minute and there is no deadline. Your invoice stays your proof of purchase, so keep it: you will need it alongside your registration if you ever make a claim.

- GORE: the warranty follows the attachment. If you sell the attachment, or the machine it is fitted to, the remaining warranty period transfers to the new owner together with the original invoice. A 5-year transferable warranty is a resale-value argument no 12-month competitor can make.
- AWA: original purchaser only, non-transferable.
- Both brands are warranted for normal commercial use, single-shift professional operation included.
- Rental and hire fleets: attachments operated in rental or hire fleets are excluded from the extended warranty periods in section 2. Rental-fleet units carry a 12-month warranty from delivery instead. Your statutory rights are unaffected. This exclusion applies where the attachment is purchased for or operated as part of a rental or hire fleet business. Single-owner commercial use, including incidental short-term hire to third parties, is not affected.
9.Your statutory rights
This warranty is a voluntary manufacturer guarantee. It does not limit, replace, or cost you anything from your statutory rights against the seller, which apply independently and free of charge: in Germany the legal Gewährleistung under §§ 434 ff. BGB, in Italy the garanzia legale di conformità under the Codice del Consumo, in Sweden your rights under konsumentköplagen and köplagen. Where this warranty gives you more than the law, you get more. It never gives you less.
10.Governing law
For business purchases these warranty terms are governed by Swedish law. If you buy as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
