1. Organiser
The draw is run by Macaa Entreprenad AB, reg. no. 559066-5104, Snickarvägen 14, 132 38 Saltsjö-Boo, Sweden, trading as Attachment Warehouse Europe ("we", "us"). Questions: [email protected].
2. How to enter: free, no purchase necessary
Play "Pick a card" at attachmentwarehouse.eu/pre-order and provide your contact details (email, phone, address) when you claim your perks. Entry is free. No purchase, pre-order or payment is required to enter or to win. Placing a pre-order does not affect your chance of winning.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and resident in a country we ship to (Sweden, EU, Norway, Denmark). Employees of the organiser and their immediate family may not enter. One (1) entry per person. If a person enters more than once, only the first entry counts.
4. Prize
One (1) winner receives one hydraulic attachment (model chosen by the organiser from the current range and matched to the winner's machine where possible). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. We cover shipping of the prize within our delivery area.
5. Draw and notification
The winner is drawn at random from all valid entrants on 28 August 2026. We contact the winner by email or phone within five (5) business days. If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, we may draw a new winner.
6. Publicity
We may publish the winner's first name and town (for example "Anna, Gothenburg"). Nothing further without the winner's consent.
7. Personal data
We process your data to run the draw and contact the winner, on the basis of our and your legitimate interest in administering the competition, and consent for any marketing you opted into. Entrant data we no longer need is deleted within three (3) months of the draw, except where you also opted into our emails. See attachmentwarehouse.eu/privacy. Deletion: [email protected].
8. General
We may cancel or amend the draw for abuse, technical reasons, or events beyond our reasonable control. Swedish law applies. The draw is not sponsored by or associated with any platform on which it is promoted.
